افارينسيس المعرض القادم " اسعد بوناشي "

تم تحديد القاعة التي سيتم عرض الاعمال الفنيه فيها خلال شهر فبراير القادم ٢٠١٤ ، وفكرة المعرض القادم- افارينسيس التطور البشري -  والذي سيقام في متحف الفن الحديث مستوحاة من مجموعة من الدراسات في علوم الانسان والانثروبولوجي ، وهو يشمل اكثر من عشرين لوحة تمثل جانب واحد من الانسان حسب تدرج لوني للبشره والجنس البشري . 

وقصة المعرض تدور حول رواية علميه بدأت بمخيلة عالم الاحياء والتطور البشري " داروين "  بعد أن نشر كتابه اصل الانواع عام ١٨٨٩. 

واستمرت الابحاث والدراسات حول نظرية داروين حتى عام ١٩٧٤ بعد تم اكتشف عالم الاثار دونالد جونسون مستحاثه لجثة طفله من فئة اوسترالوبيثيكوس افارنيسيس لوسي يصل عمرها بعد دراسة الدي ان اي ونسبة الكربون  الى ٣.٢ مليون سنه  في اثيوبيا  ومن هنا اصبحت الرواية البشرية ذات منظور مختلف في العلم واصبحت هناك دعوى الى البحث عن الحقيقه بإثباتات ومدلولات حسيه . 

كما سيصاحب المعرض مجموعه من الاعمال المركبه الحديثه تخاطب الفكر الواعي تختص في مواضيع علم الفلك  والمجرات وكذلك سيتم عرض مجموعه من افلام فيديو ارت تحت سقف المعرض. 

ومن خلال هذه التنويع بالاعمال الفنيه  يمكن ان تتلمس سبل التفكير وفتح افاق الانسان في التعبير ، وانطلاق الى حدود لم نتجرأ إختراقها . 

AFARENSIS 2014 human evaluation

In the next exhibition Afarensis 2014 inspired by the paleoanthropologist theories, there will be 20 portraits of people from different ethnicities done on oil painting, each with a different skin tone. 

Short for Australopithecus afarensis, the afarensis is a hominid that shares ancestry with humans. These interesting beings walked this planet more than 3 million years ago. They have been made famous by Donald Johanson in 1974 when he dug up the first fossilized skeleton of a female which he named Lucy in present day Ethiopia.

The exhibition will also include more works from the artist Asad Bunashi such as painting, installation art and video art.

"On hearing, one June afternoon in 1860, the suggestion that mankind was descended from the apes, the wife of the Bishop of Worcester is said to have exclaimed, ‘My dear, descended from the apes! Let us hope it is not true, but if it is, let us pray that it will not become generally known.’ As it turns out, she need not have been quite so worried: we are not descended from the apes, though we do share a common ancestor with them. Even though the distinction may have been too subtle to offer her much comfort, it is nevertheless important. "
