The Kuwaits first Panorama Oil Painting is considered the first and only artistic visualization of old Kuwait and its first Wall. The painting contains the most important archaeological locations and mosques that go back to the 18th century. The research, to come up with this visualization, was done by Researcher Bashar Khalifoh and painter Asaad BuNashi.

The painting is based on thorough scientific  studies of the first existing archeological locations in Kuwait such as Behaita Hill, The Kout (weapons storage), the Furtha (old market), the port, the historical mosques, and the first Wall of Kuwait. The scientific research behind the painting was based the scarce references and foreign documents that talk about the beginning and emergence of Kuwait.

The painting was first presented in the Arts Association of Kuwait in 2007 in a solo exhibition for the painter Asad Bu Nashi, called Faces.

A special lecture about the painting was conducted in 2007 about the relationship between art, history, and archeology.

-It was displayed as part of a detailed calendar of historical events. This was under the sponsorship of Shaikha/ Anesa  Alsabah in 2010.

The drawing was also displayed in Harvard University in a lecture about the first creation of Kuwait.

The design of the huge and famous "P2BK"  festival was inspired by this drawing and it was on the cover of the festivals yearly Magazine.

The Painting was displayed as part of British Airways documentary movie called, Kuwait Through Our Eyes, in 2014 directed by Lawrence Aaron.

The painting was discussed in many books, displayed in many documentary movies and was part of many seminars about the history of Kuwait. Moreover, photos of the painting are being placed in many schools in Kuwait and the photos were used in several university research papers.

- Recently , the painting was shine again in the fenon Arts Gallery  as part of a huge display of collectibles owned by the creative and good friend Wadhah Alzaid, who truly valued the artwork, the history, the research, and the effort behind this painting for the country of Kuwait. So, many thanks to this noble person who truly loves his country and many thanks to all who participated in publishing this painting and tasted the beauty of the first Kuwait.
